Important notice about AI tools: Several of our products require you to enter your own API keys (from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, or other providers). These keys are entered directly in your browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. When you run our AI-powered tools, your prompts and inputs are sent directly from your browser to the AI provider you have selected. Those providers process your data according to their own privacy policies.

Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

  • Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of it.

Newsletter Data. If you subscribe to The AI Business Lab (English) or Atelier IA (French), we collect your email address and language preference. This information is stored in Google Sheets via Google Forms or our website popup. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.

Usage Data. Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as your device's IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

API Keys and AI Tool Inputs

Our AI-powered tools (including but not limited to Loupe Studio, Liora, Ortive Studio, AdFlow, Castkit, Translo, DocGen, Pitchvault, Blogger Content Engine, Podcast Production Studio, YouTube Content Studio, and SEO·AEO·GEO Studio) require you to provide your own API key from a third-party AI provider. These API keys are:

  • Entered directly into your browser
  • Never transmitted to or stored on our servers
  • Used solely within your browser session to communicate with the AI provider you select

When you use these tools, your prompts and inputs are sent directly from your browser to the selected AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, or others). We do not have access to, store, or process the content of those interactions. Each provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data:

Purchase Data

All purchases of our digital products are processed through Payhip. When you complete a purchase, your payment and billing information is handled directly by Payhip and is subject to Payhip's Privacy Policy. We receive only basic transaction confirmation (product purchased, email address) to fulfill your order. We do not store or process your payment card information.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and store certain information. The technologies we use may include:
