We are a people who are called, who are invited to enter God’s vision, calling for our lives. This is a place that is sacred, this is a place that holds so much value and grace for the life that God has designed for us. This is a place where God invites us into his story, this is the place where God enlightens us and primes us to intimacy. In this video, I share important pointers and insights as it pertains to following the leading of the Holy Spirit for His assignment on our lives.

This is your hero’s journey christian edition, a place where there is a divine sequence that starts with an encounter, an encounter out of the ordinary, an encounter like Moses and the burning bush or Isaiah when he sees the Lord at a time of great uncertainty. For the most part of my life, what had become clear to me was that I was building my business on secular structures, it all had to crumble for me to pay attention and receive new revelation on how to proceed. While this is a place that can feel disorienting, it is also a place where God reveals so much of His heart for us, so much of His grace, and He sends us on specific assignment.

And when He decides to send us, He takes us through the wilderness, a place where our ego is broken, where our idols are exposed, a place where He teaches us obedience and surrender, where the illusion of control, and the trauma of self-sufficiency are also exposed to be eradicated from our lives. We are invited into unfamiliar territorities where the pressure to perform has to be removed from our lives, the belief systems we pled our allegiances to, are rendered bare. Our ambitions and our dreams are stripped away so that God who is the ultimate dreamer re-orients our curiosity and this enlightenment would lead us to a place of empowerment, authority, and commissioning, where God now sends us to go share what we have learned in the secret place.

So with this very first volume, we are going to explore the life of Moses as a template and draw parallels from the Old Testament church builder, a man who in essence is a misfit, a man whose life doesn’t necessarily make sense at first for what God accomplished through him; however we can see that the uniqueness of his story makes for the uniqueness of his assignment. Take the time to look at your own life, on how this divine illumination ties every part of your life into a coherent story that God can use for His glory. That you will advance His kingdom in the marketplace, and this would be the place that builds you, that builds your heart, that this was always an invitation to intimacy, that all that you have gotten, showed you His heart for you.

We are co-creators, we are co-heirs with Christ; these are mysteries and truths that need to take root in our souls so we can create and show up with purity of intent. Ponder upon these things, as I will be sharing so much more of this topic in the coming days. Remember you are shaped, healed and equipped to build in the marketplace, to represent His love, grace and generosity to the people who need it as you worship through your work.
